About Me

Welcome 🙏 I am Anubhav Tripathi. I am currently working as a Research Intern at the Robert Bosch Centre for Cyber Physical Systems (RBCCPS), IISc Bangalore, under Prof. Shishir Kolathaya. I was previously affiliated with the Robotics Research Center (RRC), IIIT Hyderabad, where I completed my M.S., working on learning-based control for robotic systems. My research interests lie in reinforcement learning, imitation learning, vision-language-action (VLA) models, and robotics, with a focus on building intelligent systems that can perceive, learn, and act in complex environments. Outside the lab, I maintain an active lifestyle through gym workouts, swimming, yoga, and cricket, while also enjoying reading to continuously expand my perspective.

• Imitation Learning-based Control of Brachiation Motion with Anthropomorphic Hands(ICCAS 2025, Incheon) – I develop intelligent control systems for high-DOF brachiation robots using imitation learning and trajectory optimization, enabling dynamic swing-and-grasp locomotion in simulation. • Spam classifier: An ML Project to classify messages as spam or Ham. It provides an interactive web-based interface for users to input a message and check its classification. View on GitHub
• Custom GPT: Developed CustomGPT, an AI-powered chat application leveraging the Groq API to deliver concise answers and in-depth programming explanations. Built a user-friendly interface with support for syntax-highlighted code blocks and dynamic conversational capabilities. View on GitHub
• Car_Number_plate_detection: Built a car number plate detection system using EasyOCR and OpenCV to extractalphanumeric text from real-world vehicle images. • Shipage_price_prediction:A Machine Learning project to predict the price of shipment based on its features. View on GitHub
• Sensor Project: Developed a machine learning model to detect faulty sensors, enhancing reliability in sensor-based systems. View on GitHub
• Real-Time Ball Catching with XArm7: Developed a real-time ball-catching system using the XArm7 robotic arm. Implemented inverse kinematics to compute optimal joint angles for a target position, combined with a predictive control algorithm to track and intercept a moving ball with precision.
• Following a Ball's Trajectory with a 6R Manipulator: Conducted kinematic analysis and simulation to enable precise trajectory tracking using a 6R robotic arm.
• Walking Robot Design: Engineered and prototyped a dynamic walking robot based on the Jansen mechanism, equipped with onboard sensors for temperature and smoke detection. This project emphasized robust performance, efficient mobility, and environmental sensing capabilities.
• Substation Monitoring System: Developed a comprehensive monitoring system for substations, integrating real-time data acquisition and analysis to enhance operational safety and efficiency.
• High Voltage and Low Voltage Cutoff with Alarm: Created a device that triggers an alarm and disconnects power during high or low voltage events, ensuring equipment safety and stability.
